Beijing G. E. O. Coffee Co.,Ltd. established in 2004 August. It is a professional poffee baking factory that invested by Dynam HONG KONG Co., Ltd.
“GEO” represents “ Green、Ecology and Organic” . Our company takes those three words as our tenet to do production management and dedicate to create a vivid and colorful Chinese coffee culture.
Our company has strong and solid fund and technologies, and all the equipments were imported from Japan and Italy. The product line adopts plenty of advanced technologies, with a high degree of automation, large productivity, and stable product quality. And we are going to be the leading company in the roasted coffee company.
The area of GEO factory was been divided into green bean pretreatment plant, process plant and warehouse three parts. All of our production facilities were imported from Japan and Italy. The whole production lines employ many advanced and professional technologies, with high degree of automation, large production capacity and steady quality.
Green bean pretreatment plant
Depending on the principle of vibrating screen to separate the beans from dust, stone, metal and other impurities.
烘焙机 Roasting machine：
The roasting machine was manufactured by TOKYOSANKI industry, with straight fire and fiery wind.
The granulator was made by Japan GRANULATAR industry. It adopts cut-smashing technology, avoids the second heat impacting product quality, and controls the powder size effectively.
Our automatic packaging machine was originally imported from Italy GOGLIO. It can fill inert gas or add the valve automatically to ensure the freshness of our coffee products.
The warehouse includes green bean storage and products storage. And we established a sound management system to ensure our products’ safety.
We set up a coffee research center in ourfactory, for inspection of raw materials,development of products, sensory evaluation and the management of quality system.According to our customers’ feedback, we continuously improve and develop our coffee products’ quality.The factory got the food manufacture permission (QS) in the industry in dec. 2005;And got the HACCP certificate of CQCin June 2006;In July 2009, food safety management system certification is changed into ISO22000.And got the export food safety registry in July 2006.
生豆原料检查 Inspection of raw materials 咖啡生豆作为一种农产品，会由于种植环境的变化而有差异。为保证最终产品的一致性，对于原料的选择至关重要。我公司通过对生豆小型烘焙实验来掌握生豆水分、感官味道等因素，确保最终产品的稳定性。
As a kind of agricultural product, the green beans from different planting environment are not same. To keep our products consistency, it is very important to select the right green beans. Through the way of test roasting, we select the best raw materials to ensure our products’ quality, including consider about the green beans’ moisture, sensory and other effective factors.
产品开发 Products development 在咖啡研究室使用德国产PROBAT小型烘焙炉进行实验烘焙。根据市场需求或客户要求，可尝试不同生豆的拼配效果、烘焙程度。并以烘焙时间、温度、色差等数据给予生产有效的指导。
We use PROBAT small roasting oven to do the experiment in our laboratory. Based on the requirements of our clients and marketing demands, we make experiments of different blends and roasting degrees to develop our coffee products, given the effective guide from roasting time, temperature and beans’ color to our production.
生产过程监测 Inspection of production process
We set roasting and grinding as two critical control points to the production process.
1.We use color meter to analysis the bean’s color values to control the roast degree.
2.We use the analytical sieve shaker to analysis the powders’ size, then adjust the granulator machine in time.
终产品检验 Inspection of termination product
Our company implement the national agricultural standard NY/T605 “Roasted coffee” as inspection principle for the termination product. And Q-grader certified by SCA controls the quality of each batch of products
